Investments

EIP completed its first investment round (EIP I) of approximately $26 million in May, 2008 and currently manages a portfolio of four investments in Virginia, Delaware, and Louisiana between the EIP I and EIP II funds.  EIP also manages a wetland and stream mitigation bank in Montana for Nevada Spring Creek Partners.
